Relinquish or Surrender a Cat
If you must relinquish a cat, please call us at 303-744-6076.
When you call, we will ask you questions about the cat and circumstances of the surrender to make sure it is a good fit for our shelter. If we have the ability to receive your animal, a medical exam will be scheduled. No intake is final until after our medical staff has conducted a thorough physical exam of the animal and all intake is dependent on shelter space availability.
There is no required fee to surrender an animal, but we do ask you consider leaving a donation to support the continued care of your cat.
